The free trial of On-Premises PACS has following limitations.

  • Maximum number of Studies: 10
  • Maximum number of Web Connections: 5
  • Maximum number of DICOM Connections: 5

Web Connection means the number of users who can connect with Web Viewer at the same time.
DICOM Connection means the number of devices/software that can connect by using DICOM communication. Such as Modalities (CR, CT, etc), third party’s DICOM Viewers, and so on.
There is no limitation for features that can be used.

By purchasing through our Distributors, they can provide you more suitable supports that meet your needs.

Payments can be made via either PayPal or bank transfer.
The currency for payment is US dollar.

The procedure is as follows:

  1. Download the Order Form from Downloads, and fill in the necessary information. And send it to us by Email.
  2. After we confirm your order, we will issue an invoice and send Request Form of Professional License as well.
  3. After you receive an invoice, please pay the indicated amount and fill in Request Form of Professional License.
  4. After we confirm your payment and Request Form, we will issue your Professional License and a receipt.

You can migrate current data easily by importing DICOM files.
There are two ways to import.

  1. Use an import feature of PACS Manager.
  2. Use an import feature on List screen of Web Viewer.

If you have many files or total volume of file is big, we recommend using PACS Manager.
Regarding how to import DICOM files, please refer to: Documents > Install Manual > Import DICOM Files

On-Premises PACS:
Yes, you can use a DICOM viewer that meets the following requirements.

  • Compliant with DICOM Standard.
  • Supports Study Root Query/Retrieve or Patient Root Query/Retrieve.

Cloud PACS:
No, you cannot do so at the moment.
This is because it does not support DICOM Query/Retrieve SCP at the moment.
We plan to support it in the future.

Yes, you can integrate with web-based applications via URL.
For detail, please refer to: Documents > Install Manual > Integration

Regarding how to connect with modalities, please refer to: Documents > Install Manual > Connect To Modality

Still you cannot connect even if you set according to the above procedure, please check our product is the latest version.
If it is not, please update it to the latest version.
Problem may have been already solved.

If the latest version cannot solve it, please send us DICOM files of this modality and our product log file.
Once we receive your DICOM files and log file, we will start investigation.
Normally, log file is named as “status.log” in the directory that is specified by PACS Manager.

Please send DICOM files by using Email, uploading to cloud storage, postal, and so on.
And please make sure to delete personal information that included in DICOM files in advance.
In addition, the shipping cost and other cost will be paid by the customer.

Products that run on a web browser are sometimes called web-based.
We call it that because our DICOM viewer runs on a web browser.

On-Premises PACS:
It does not need to be connected to the Internet.
PACS is installed on a PC/server in the local network, so any device in the same network as it can access it via a web browser.

Cloud PACS:
It needs to be connected to the Internet.
This is to access the PACS on the cloud server via the Internet.

Yes, you can choose the language you would like to use on the user interface of the product.
If you cannot find your language, you can add it by providing us with the translation.
Also, you can suggest an improvement for a translation which is incomplete.

Please contact us if you would like to provide a translation.
We will guide you through the steps and notes.
