SonicDICOM PACS price is based on the number of Web Connections and DICOM Connections.
This license price is for a one-time purchase, not for a subscription.

License price = ( The number of Web Connections x Unit price) + ( The number of DICOM Connections x Unit price)

Web Connection (Minimum order is 1)

Web Connection means the maximum number of users that can access DICOM viewer at the same time.
You can just specify the PC/Tablet that access the viewer on the peak time.
Our pricing can offer an optimal cost according to frequency of usage.
It can reduce cost more than other conventional pricing that needs licenses for all PC/tablet.

DICOM Connection (Minimum order is 1)

DICOM Connection means the number of medical imaging devices (CR, CT, etc.) and software (third party's DICOM Viewer, etc.) that connect with our PACS by using DICOM communication.
This is the number that can be registered in our PACS, not the number of concurrent connections.
You can just specify the total number of medical imaging devices, third party's DICOM Viewer, and others to be connected.

Example 1: For a Clinic

Usage Environment
  • 5 Client PCs: always use 3 PCs + occasionally use 2 PCs
  • 2 Medical diagnostic equipment: CR and US
  • No Third party's DICOM Viewer
License details
  • 4 Web Connections: 3 for always used PCs + 1 for occasional used PC
  • 2 DICOM Connections

Example 2: For a small hospital

Usage Environment
  • 10 Client PCs: always use 10 PCs + occasionally use 10 PCs
  • 10 Tablets are occasionally used
  • 4 Medical diagnostic equipment: CR, CT, US, and ES
  • 1 Third party's DICOM Viewers
License details
  • 20 Web Connections: 10 for always used PCs + 10 for occasional used PCs/Tablets
  • 5 DICOM Connections: 4 for medical diagnostic equipment + 1 for third party's DICOM Viewers

Annual support

License price includes first year support fee. In the second year and later year, by paying annual support fee, you can continue receiving the following supports.

What is the license price?

How do I pay and what is the purchase procedure?

Payments can be made via either PayPal or bank transfer.
The currency for payment is US dollar.

The procedure is as follows:

  1. First of all, Request a Quote.
    Note: Please fill in the full address of your company, including items such as street name, street number, and zip code.
  2. We will send you a quote and Order Form once we confirm the necessary information.
  3. Fill out Order Form and send it back to us by Email.
  4. After we confirm your order, we will issue an invoice and send Request Form of Professional License as well.
  5. After you receive an invoice, please pay the indicated amount and fill in Request Form of Professional License.
  6. After we confirm your payment and Request Form, we will issue your Professional License and a receipt.
