Cannot receive images from modality.
Please check the following points:
- Check if the port is not blocked by firewall
- Check if IP Address, AE Title, and Port Number are entered correctly on a modality and SonicDICOM PACS
- Check if the SonicDICOM PACS is the latest version
If the above points cannot solve it, please send us DICOM files and our product log file to “firstname.lastname@example.org“. We will investigate it without any cost.
Make sure to delete personal information that included in DICOM files in advance.
Log file is stored in “C:\Program Files\SonicDICOM PACS\Log” by default. You can check where it stored by PACS Manager > Server > Log Path.
