Cannot get or view images with third party’s DICOM Viewer.

Please check the following points:

  • Check if the port is not blocked by firewall
  • Check if IP Address, AE Title, and Port Number are entered correctly on third party’s DICOM Viewer and SonicDICOM PACS
  • Check if the SonicDICOM PACS is the latest version

If the above points cannot solve it, please send us our product log file to “sonic@sonicdicom.com“. We will investigate it without any cost.

Log file is stored in “C:\Program Files\SonicDICOM PACS\Log” by default. You can check where it stored by PACS Manager > Server > Log Path.
