Can I use SonicDICOM PACS for diagnostic purpose?

SonicDICOM PACS is a product intended for reviewing and sharing information.
Our product shall not be used for diagnostic purposes in any state, country or jurisdiction where pharmaceutical or other similar approvals (such as the FDA, CE, HIPAA or other regulatory bodies of any kind) are required in order to use our product for diagnosis.
