This‌ update‌ ‌brings‌ ‌various‌ ‌‌improvements‌ and ‌bug‌ ‌fixes!

# Improvements:
- It can set “First Day of Week” of calendar as Monday or Sunday: Admin Settings > General > Localization

# Bug fixes:
- Fixed a bug that Shortcut of “Share With” does not work correctly in a dialog “Share Study/Patient”.
- Fixed a bug that dialog “Edit Cloud Connector” is not displayed correctly.
- Fixed a bug that sometimes validation does not work correctly in dialog “Add DICOM User” and “Edit DICOM User”.
- Fixed several other minor bugs.
