Thank you very much for your continued support of SonicDICOM PACS.

We are writing to inform you that as part of a group-wide reorganization, Fujidenolo Solutions Co., Ltd. (“FDS”) has transferred all of its business to our group company, Digital Corporation (“Digital”), effective August 1, 2025.

Accordingly, the personal data of our business contacts in the European region (such as your contact information), for which FDS acts as the data controller, has also been transferred to Digital on the same date. This notice is provided in accordance with Article 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The changes regarding the handling of personal data and the privacy policy after the transfer are as follows.

1. Change of Data Controller

Effective from the date of the business transfer, the data controller for your personal data has changed as follows:

• Previous: Fujidenolo Solutions Co., Ltd.
• New: Digital Corporation (For details such as address and contact information, please refer to the revised privacy policy below.)

2. Transferred Personal Data and Revision of Privacy Policy

In line with the business transfer, we wish to provide the following information regarding the handling of your personal data.

• Categories of personal data to be transferred: Information you have provided in the course of our business relationship, such as name, affiliation, job title, and contact details (address, phone number, email address).
• Purposes of use and legal basis: Following the transfer, your data has continued to be used for the same purposes, such as fulfilling our contract with you, providing information about our products and services, and responding to inquiries. This processing is primarily based on the legal grounds of "performance of a contract" and our "legitimate interests" under the GDPR.
• Revision of Privacy Policy: The privacy policy has been revised to reflect the change in the data controller. This revision is limited to updating the identity of the data controller from FDS to Digital; there are no material changes to other content, such as the purposes of use, the scope of third-party provision, or the location of the data storage server.

3. Handling of Patients' Personal Data

Regarding your patients' personal data, for which you (your hospital/company) are the data controller, we would like to add that Digital will succeed FDS as the data processor and will handle it appropriately. We kindly ask that you inform your patients as necessary.
