What support can I get?


All our support is provided only by Email.
We do not provide any telephone or onsite support.
For customers who need support other than Email, we can introduce our Distributors.

If you cannot connect with modalities or third party’s DICOM Viewer, we investigate it for free.
Also, if you have DICOM files that cannot be read, we investigate it for free as well.
No extra charge is required even if we have to fix the software.

Normally, we will reply Email inquiries by the next business day.
However, if there are a lot of inquiries, our reply may take a time. We would appreciate your understanding for this.
Our business hours are from AM 10:00 to PM 5:00 in Japan time. Our holidays conform to Japanese calendar and customs.
